I'd like to ask that when you are sending payments by PayPal that you please include the following text:

This is an attempt to cover my butt in case of someone being dishonest. I heard a lot of horror stories about doing business on Digital Point and I was reluctant to try at first. Although all of my transactions have been very smooth so far, I still would like that level of security. I'm not asking for this information so that I'm not liable. I recently refunded a payment because I couldn't find the 60 images that were asked of me for a custom order I was working on. If I don't deliver what is promised, I will work with you until I do or I will send your payment back. Again, I just don't want to be taken advantage of out here so I thought I'd work that security measure in.

 

I have thoroughly read YouTube's terms and have a better understanding of what I can and can't do. All YouTube videos will now be uploaded to newly created accounts. I have made changes to the service as follows:

Can I use your service to promote any type of web site that I have?
This type of video doesn’t work for all sites. If I am unable to provide entertainment value to your target audience with a combination of music and photos then I would need to create a promo-type video. The promo-type video will highlight portions of your web site. However, with the promo-type video I can only include it in the “Ads & Promo” category on Google Video. I cannot add it to YouTube or any other video sharing site for risk of being suspended. I cannot include the 10,000 views service for it either. I will still embed it into a post on my blog. You will also get a copy of the video in .mp4 format. The price will be just $10.00 for a promo-type video.

I will be closing this thread (not exactly sure how but I will look into it) and I will start fresh with a new thread, new review copies, and the new service.
