Has Anybody Seen This Ad Unit?

Just saw this today, I might be late on this, or not. New ad unit?

 

I've never seen anything like this before (I assume the ad was dynamic, and not just a simple picture).

 

On my site before i had a 200x200 ad block but it was a search bar for ebay, they might be trying new things out

I have seen similar kinda add on my health website. As far as i understand the buyer instead of making an image has taken the Print Screen option and made this ad through paint. I think so i am not too sure.

 

You are showing the ad. that's o.k. what is the problem you have?

 

Google new ad unit? i never seen before, maybe google trying new ad unit and available private testing~ what site u seen this ad, can share?

There is no problem. Just thought I would point it out, as I thought it is cool.

No. What would be the point of me or anyone else doing something like creating a fake Adsense unit? No wonder other forums make fun of DP.
