I need a person LONG TERM to do the following:

submit to directories
comment on related blogs
sign up to forums and use my sites in the signature

I have 6 sites that I want this done for, so will have to rotate.

The most important:
I want quality, must have a proven record, must be able to submit reports on what work has been performed, daily required.
