A (human) guided tour to becoming a professional webmaster/blogger.

I'm looking for opinions on a service that would offer a prospective webmaster/blogger a guided tour to planning, starting, and running a website/blog. The idea being after a year or so the complete n00b would be somewhat experienced (capable of growing to full time) with a website earning a small amount of money. I'm thinking all the tools included, a training outline, expert feedback on a mandatory business & marketing plan, maybe something else. The service would be expensive at $35-$400 a month. What would you expect to see in it, and what kind of plausible guarantees/promises would you expect? A money back guarantee comes to mind but I'm not sure what conditions to put on it.

Give me any and all thoughts please.

Normally seller put 2 Months Unconditional Money back guarantee
if not satisfied if they are very sure and confidence that
the service is superb and awesome. But some people misuse
the money back guarantee to get the service for free..

    It is bold thought.
You should target your potential customs first.

You'll have to spend a lot of time online to cater for clients in different parts of the world. An idea is that you could, at first, do it all yourself, work long hard hours, then when you have enough clients you could hire people to help you out. May sound silly, but in effect you are building a very powerful business with multiple staff, and then if you put the profits from that into advertising then it's going to work as a big circle and eventually you wont have to do anything at all, but the money would still be rolling in :)

That's the part I'm having problems with. I want to be bold, radical, unique and so remarkable that people talk about my business. However considering that there are classes and contractors willing to do this for customers, how can I be bold in the eyes of my customers?

Make a bold claim but be willing to prove it. Some marketers have guaranteed refunds to people who didn't make $30,000 in 30 days following their system. You don't need to be that outrageous but you could consider what type of income you can guarantee if they work the system you've provided and them make them that bold guarantee offer.
