Urgent Paypal Question

I have a quick but important question:

Is it ok if i link credit card with my pp account instead of my bank account because i feel its dangerous to link ur bank account.
Can i use my brother's cc in it? which means the name on card is my brother's. Will pp accept that ?

Yup.Of course..You can use my brother's cc...But all paypal details must about ur brother...Why not use ur own CC ?

 

Yeah you can use credit of you brother... but when you withdraw your money it will cost some $ but in bank account it is free..

I see... one more question... They say it will take 2-3 days for confirmation....In the mean while can i receive a sum of 100USD ??? i m asking as i can see there is a limit of money sending/receiving... But i dont know how much is it

There is no limit to what you can receive in your PayPal balance..Just sending limit(500$)

 

it took more then 3 days in my case to get the 4 digit paypal verification number... i got that number on my monthly cc statement and so i had to wait 20 or more days to get verified.... even if you have entered your brother's cc, you are still unverified and untill you enter the 4 digit number, your withdraw and sending will be limited... but there is no limit when receiving payment... and sending and withdraw limits are different from country to country.... so it depends on what country you live in....

i am glad that you found my info useful.... anyway couldn't you just figure out that shoppings means you send money to the seller which comes in sending limit... so yes if you already burn up your sending limit then you cant shop untill you get verified....

 

Mate you are wrong ... With Paypal everything is secured ... until and unless your paypal account is hacked

And moreover Paypal uses Verisign SSL .. no need to fear

 

The only reason it be unsafe to add your bank account to PayPal is the fact about how simple it is for someone to steal your account and send money from your bank account.

Fortunately this can be easily taken care of with a quick phone call to the bank and/or PayPal
