   I am not an expert as OP but try to connect your mobile with pc through USB Bluetooth dongle which easily available in market at very low price. So no need to connect mobile with pc through data cable.

   Nokia 6030 don't have bluetooth in it so you can't connect to it using bluetooth dongle.

   Better install the cable driver first and after that install Nokia PC Suite.
