I have an idea for a website, primarily to be based on traffic ad revenue like google adsense and amazon purchase referrals. So, it will make its money essentially on advertising. But, I am not a very capable site builder or internet marketer. Also, I want to spend as absoluteltly little money as possible on this venture. I do however own the domain I want for the business. I do know what I want for the site, but I need a partner to help me create it. They have to be very capable in web design and internet marketing, but we would go in as 50-50 partners. check out one of the stores in my sig sounds like what you are looking for its a built in template and you can have it redirected to the domain of your choice.. just go to the cell phone store and click on the affiliate link to get the store you need. Then you can keep all of your profits..
Yeah, the dude above has a good point. You mention that you've got an idea, which was unclear. I can understand why you wouldn't want to mention it in public. But then you clearly state that you cannot Design (including graphics and layout probably) And you also clearly state that you cannot market (Including cannot do SEO or promote probably). It will be tough to get someone to make the site and promote it while keeping you around.
It sounds like the person that does all the hard work, ie: promoting and building the site should get like 75% of the profits at least!
To be honest, if you want a partner then you should at least understand some of the fundamentals of web development and marketing.
