I have a question is it legal for telemarketers to dial 1-800 numbers and if you tell them to take you off the list they could probably still call the LAN line huh? until you tell them to remove that number too?

Just put all your numbers on the 'do not call' national registry. If they call you after that you can file a compliant and they can be shut down by the government. (only works if you are in the US, other countries are working on a similar program but they aren't running yet)

I find asking them not to call you doesn't work, they all say they'll take you off the list but they call back a month later with some other product. But if you get the government slapping them around they tend to listen better.

    Christain,

That list is only applicable to consumers not b2b marketing.
