Trying to cheat Google in any way could get you banned from their search results and/or from AdSense. I was banned from AdSense 3 or 4 years ago when I was just starting out with internet marketing. They are very strict with dealing with previously banned AdSensers. They basically don't deal with them. You won't be allowed to join again. Even if you sign up with someone else's name and address, they will notice that the ads were on a site previously banned. They would let you join, use your adspace for a bit, wait until you have a big check pending and then tell you that they don't allow banned users to use AdSense. With BlackHat SEO there is a wide range of techniques. It really depends on how deceptive your technique is. Something simple such as keyword stuffing or blog comment spamming probably won't affect your AdSense membership.
