What's your url? If you're targeting English speaking traffic, you could start with checking your spelling and grammar - http://www.spellcheck.net/. Close enough simply isn't good enough - there's enough competition out there without expecting people to decipher sentences and words that don't make sense. It's probably even worth paying someone to check your entire site for spelling/grammar mistakes if you have to.
