If you're willing to move your blog to another blog provider, try blogger.com since google seem to either own it or have affiliation with it (i know, since when i signed up it knew i was logged into my google account), and they should let you sign up from that.

    two questions:

    1) make sure this email was actually from Adsense. Normally they don't tell you when they don't accept a site, they just serve PSA. They have millions of sites and don't care what this or that webmaster thinks.

    2) did you try using the blogspot adsense widget? If not, try that out.

Also your post isn't clear in that is it your site that was rejected or your account. I smell fishing here, likely your account has been compromised.

well, application for adsense is very strict now huh.... I applied adsense about 3 years ago and its not this strict .. I just use subdomain (free hosting) and 1 page content and it gets approved .... I guess there are too many adsense user now.

    my suggestion is...

    - get a domain (domain is very cheap these days ... lol)
    - use cheap hosting or just use free hosting (many free hosting out there can be use with your domain)

Not sure I understand all this but I can tell you what I have done. I initially started with a blog on blogspot. I posted for about 10 days or so and was then able to have adsense ads on my site. Since then I've registered a couple other domain names (.com's) and simply access my account to get more adsense ads for these sites without any problems. I use hostgator for these other sites and get a little confused as to whether one is considered a sub-domain of the first. I'm under the impression the 2nd, etc. site is an "add-on" vs. a sub-domain. Whichever, I have adsense on all of them.

    1) the email was from :
    Google AdSense <adsense-noreply [@] google.com>

    2) I did try. same problem ... i.e. It said ......
    3) This third point of yours is somewhat difficult to understand!
Adsense account will be granted when you submit your site. And I have already mentioned in this thread that ...
first time : they have rejected my site by mentioning that It is a Chat Site.
2nd time : rejected my site again with the reason as Unacceptable site content
Please check posts #1 and #5 of this thread.

It's as simple as getting an active account...which you may not be able to do until you get a domain, and then get it accepted by Google.

Its good to see a bit of quality control though...If they really aren't approving based on such little content its good for AdWords users.

I just wish they had to approve every single site.

Adsense policy has been changed. U must apply for adsense with your own domain which is at least 6 month old registered. Your site contents are good and original. So i suggest you to buy a domain. No need to buy a hosting. Adsense only ask for domain. Just use that domain as a custom domain to you blog http://mylisps.blogspot.com/.. also use a good blog template. The current template which you are using is quite common and primitive, and it makes an illusion as blog is empty despite it is full of articles.

Remember the domain registration details must match with your adsense application name and address details or they will not approve the site as what happened with my frnd but then he corrected the registration details from his godaddy account and resubmitted the site with some screenshot proof to show his ownership and his site was accepted. He is also using a blogger but with a custom domain.

Once you get your adsense account then you can use the ads in any of your blogger or wordpress blog. For now If you can't wait for 6 months after buying a new domain then you can search and buy an old domain(for sale) from its owner.

    best wishes.

Where does it state this? This is what the help files currently say:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=91205
You can do that with a Blogger blog hosted at blogspot.com. In fact Google specifically suggests that you get a blog at Blogger.
