Design and Code My Website

    I am looking for someone to code( html, php, xhtml) and design my website.
    Its a hosting website.
    So i need a logo, graphics and page coding (html, php or xhtml)

    I also want that the billing system (whmcs) to be integrated with the design.

    Budged is $100 - $200

    Thats not worth it since that would require alot of work as you would intergreat it (in my case using flash) which is preety long.

    Unless you raise your budget to $350, i doubt anyone would look twice at this ad!
