I tried to find my website in google and other search engine but could not find it even if I type in my full website name in google.

Any suggestion?

Do I have to create this sitemap and then add it to website?

I went on this website and they create one for you.
1. All you have to do is type in your website
2. Click on the start button
3. Choose the first>>Download un-compressed XML Sitemap.
4. Download that file and then upload it to your site.

Once your done, then I think you have to summit to this site.

If you site is new then probably it has not been indexed yet by search engines. In this case you could follow the advises provided by other members in this thread.

If your site is old and did appear in SERPS before then your website is most likely de-indexed. Reasons will have to be investigated.
