    get a good hosting space for 30 $ and a nice domain for 10 $ and start a brand new site that can bring you a lot of cash if you have good ideas

    5 bucks hosting 8 or so for a domain, grab some ads / start a blog, promote it, there is no easy to way to earn everything back, it'll take some time.

    Just get a nice domain and a good hosting :) Create a site, advertise it, Signup for Google adsense start earning :) Promote it get traffic, sell links, sell banners :) Make more more money hehehe :D

    Get some hosting, domain(s) - then lots and lots and lots of work can turn that $40 to as much as you're willing to achieve :)

    Did I mention lots and lots of work? The good news is you could probably earn the initial investment back pretty quickly... but ya might need a better host by then too.
