If you have no idea to earn $ 40 at present then wait for some time and when you need then you can invest it in good place.

5 bucks hosting 8 or so for a domain, grab some ads / start a blog, promote it, there is no easy to way to earn everything back, it'll take some time.

Get some hosting, domain(s) - then lots and lots and lots of work can turn that $40 to as much as you're willing to achieve Did I mention lots and lots of work? The good news is you could probably earn the initial investment back pretty quickly... but ya might need a better host by then too.
