I'm looking to hire someone to populate a real estate directory with listings. I would like to pay to have a few done, then if we both would like you to do more work, I'd pay to populate every category. Job Description: 1. FIND at least 3 VALID real estate websites for each category (alabama real estate agents, alaska real estate agents, etc). "Valid" means the website belongs to a real agent or business, and is not spammy, incomplete, etc. 2. Write a title, URL, UNIQUE description, meta keywords and meta description for each listing. Descriptions must be unique and appropriate for the entry. I'm not too worried about length of the description, as long as it is good. That does NOT mean I'm looking for 20 word descriptions for every entry! I would expect that some descriptions be longer than others. 3. You'll input these to the appropriate category directly from the admin section of the directory. I'll set up editor priveleges in the directory for you to access it and complete the work. Qualifications: 1. English is your primary language, or you speak it FLUENTLY. 2. Basic/Good writing skills - No grammar/spelling mistakes. You can write good descriptions. 3. Have a basic understanding of what meta tags, meta descriptions, etc. are. 4. Familiarity with PHPLD and/or real estate a plus. 5. "Good" itraders from similar work done a strong plus. PM or post with your rates PER LISTING, or similar. I also need to know how long you'd take. Examples: 1. "I'll do the work for $.01 per listing, and can do 100 per day." 2. "I'll charge $50 for the first 15 listings, then $3 per listing thereafter, and can do 10 listings per day." Remember, I'd like a small batch done first - let's say 15. Then, if we both agree, I have potentially hundreds more to be done. I'm flexible on payment schedules (every 50 listings, every 20 listings, etc). Payment via paypal. Remember, don't post with just "Sent you a pm" or "pm me details" - that will get you in trouble.

Hmm, that's a bit steep for what I wanted to pay...but I still might give you a shot at fewer listings to see how it goes. Any experience with real estate or directories? How many words would you expect to write at those prices?
experience with directories: yes. experience with real estate: no. but if I do the job, I'll get everything I need to know to deliver *quality* listings. certainly more than 20. I think a good description should be in the 50-80 words range. Or do you rather want 20-30 words range?
If 20-30 words range is OK for you then I can offer: I'll charge $44 for the first 15 listings, then $2.49 per listing thereafter, and can do 20-30 listings per day.
And if you order 30 listings a day (after the trial) then I can do them at $2.23 each. Assuming the listing descriptions can be in the 20-30 words range.

do you mean, you want 50-80 listings per day? Together with my brother we could offer up to 100 listings per day. But first we have to complete other projects. It will take us approx. 10-14 days to complete those projects and then I can offer full speed at 100/day. Until then only 20-30 per day is possible for me. 5 listings would be $15. PM me the details.
