Very, Very, Very TRUE! I spoke with many people on the Yugoslavia issues. One guy from Germany told me "A German minister started it with recognizing Croatia". (Croatia sided with Germany in WWII. For some reason Germany wanted to break appart Yougoslavia.)
What is there to recognize when Croatia didn't want to be independent. If the Croats didn't want their own country, a German minister wouldn't have any influence. And oppressing people combined with ethnic cleansing is no answer on seperatists in my opinion...
