ouch, that is pretty bad! and that's why MIN isn't quite 'there' yet. AP can't run for 225yds every game!

Vikings (Tarvaris Jackson) let that game slip away. If you have a running back rush for 150+ yards, and you still lose, there is something wrong.

Redskins played pretty good, let's see if they can carry into the next game.

Where did the Bills come from? I feel they are better than the Jets.

Oh the joys of being a Lions fan... :(

Kitna is done as far as I am concerned. He threw 2 interceptions for touchdowns in the last 7 minutes of the game.:mad: Time to bring out Orlovsky, or even Stanton. At least Stanton is a Michigan boy.

Only the Lions can come back from getting killed, to winning, and then still end up getting killed.

But hey, NYG were 0-2 at this point last year. :p

TJ did not help the cause that is for sure. My bro-in law, a Vikings fan said that the play calling is so predictable. He puts a lot of the blame on that alone.

2 picks 6's  bench his butt!

I don't think you can draw parallels to NYG...they actually are good :D

PATS fairly convincing against the Jets.
Jets O looks pretty lame even with Favre.

I think sometimes Kitna lets the game get to his head, it's almost like he wants to win too much, and then tries to force a throw.

I agree though, the Lions need some new life.

On a side note, I'm sure Calvin Johnson almost hit his head on the goal post during his celebration. ;)

Chargers let the game slip by in the last seconds again. Broncos went for two to win the game! What a bold move.

Denver caught a HUGE break in that the fumble by Cutler was called an incomplete pass! That game was a barn burner though! MUCH offense!!

They're going to have to build another stadium just to hold Shanahan's balls.

San Dieago got robbed with the no fumble call at the end of the game. What a blown call that changed the outcome.

they had another bogus call in that game too I guess!!
refs need to never blow the whistle until....get this....the play is over!

the weather was a factor for sure, I didn't realize OH had IKE this weekend!! heck, they got it worse than we did and we're only 3 hours from Houston!!
we didn't get a damn drop of rain here in Austin!! winds < = 20mph!!!

if they beat DAL next week I'll be more than impressed :)

Expect some changes after this season to fix that rule. I know it was a blown call and all, but the Chargers still had a chance to defend the touchdown, and the extra point.

I needed a Browns touchdown to complete my prediction. It was extremely windy, the Bengals game was even worse.

that's the thing, I was under the impression the the zebras were supposed to let plays develop and come to a finish in such cases? maybe I'm thinking of a different scenario like "down by contact" and all that

Yeah good call on the score, had I know they were going to have such inclimate weather I would have never said Pit by 30:p

    Watching the game tonight?

    I'll be @ bro/sis in laws 52" LCD Hi Def....sweet!

It's because it's once a incomplete pass is ruled, the play is automatically dead. You can't even challenge it. The ref was standing behind Cutler so all he saw was the ball falling to the ground. It's funny because the ref went up to Norv Turner, and told him he blew the call hahah.

I'm for sure going to watch it. I hope it's a good game, and I think it has the chance of setting the NFC East pace for the rest of the year.
