Hey Guys! I need your help here! I have been running Domain Left now since May 07. Right now I am getting around 400 readers a month! I have been using Digitalpoint and NamePros to try and publicise my blog! But what else could I do? I really want to reach the 5000 uniques a month! I know it takes time and effort but what do I need to do? What's the best way to promote a website in that niche? Thanks
to be honest I don't think that generates a lot of traffic. I tried it with http://www.thewebmasterstool.com/ and haven't noticed their effect.
Not traffic from the dirs, but se traffic from increased serps, but it depends on the ranking though, competition etc.....

That is true though! I do get a lot (A high % from my total) of traffic from search engines. And my serps is decent-ish too! I have a lot of compition though, if you have a look at the site you will see that I am not the only one offering this service. But I am looking at the various ways that would make me heads and shoulders above the rest. So what do you advice? Email sent! Please remove your email ASAP to avoid spam
Try submitting to social book marks such as digg, that helps with traffic. Especially if alot of people like your blog
heh heh KA-CHING! That's the catch. asgsoft, the big blogs did it through advertising and word of mouth. Put up a good blog, get to work, and give it time. It's how such bloggers as Shoemoney and Chow did it.
I don't think that guy's post is legit! Look at his username and also his amature mistake of publishing his email! I haven't heard back from him yet! I doubt I will either. Just to let you know, I have a digg widget on my blog too for each post! I usually dig my articles in order to encourage others too, however, it seems that I am the only person that diggs the articles. I am trying to get more content so should have a more regular flow. So your recommendations would be to use social bookmark sites, directories and have good content! Would you recommend paid service?
I would focus on SEO if possible and there is always Adwords. It seems like your to the point that you may need to put some money into your site to make some more money.
I suggest you to join any traffic forums like firestormforum or entrecard forum and exchange your digg, yahoo buzz, stumbles, reddit and etc. These sites will give you more traffics. There are many people out there willing to exchange with you. You need to join the correct channel. I'm getting at least 500 visits a day for my atniz blog from entrecard alone. I'm not sure it is niche traffic but any traffic is considered good as long as we can attract our visitors to read. Also, try Yahoo Answer with your url in source. Answering from categories related to your blog can give niche traffic.
1. Stumble all of your posts and digg them 2. Do lots and lots of blog commenting (other owners will click the link back to your site and read, and u can make good relationships)
