Moneybookers account was locked

    HeLLO Guyz ..
    i have made my account on moneybookers.com..Unfortunately my account has been blocked..i didnt get any information about this act..so i want my account of mooney bookers to be unlock again ...should i send them the copy of my passport ..will they unblock my account after seeing my passport details or they will not ?? my Shipping Address in also verified kindly help me out regarding

    I have also Send them Screen shots of Utility Bills But they didn't reply back

    I am From Pakistan i don't Have any other service like this.

    Go for it, Login to your account & Choose "Verify your Address" you will receive a paper with in next 2 weeks with Code.

    Just Enter it, and everything will become fine again.

    You would need to send them a utility bill as an address proof which would work as address verification. Once sent, they will open your account.

    24hours to unlock the account? no such luck if you intend to send them docs over email. BEst thing to do? call them and chase them!

    Send them scanned copy of NIC as well as Passport or driving license if you have any of them and bill copy too... Send them to the address they provided and upload them in the email support -> Account/Security -> You requested documents from me and upload them there too and wait for your reply ... Hopefully your account will be unlock soon

    u from pakisan then do this

    send them a scan copy of ur recent utility bill + a scan copy of ur driving license or passport, if u dont have a license or passport then get your NIC translated into english by Notary Public and send its scan copy

    and if at the end u are underage and don't have NIC , no luck then

    send docs from within moneybookers account , there is an option for that once u login

    hiz.. im also from pakistan. and i had the same problem .i sent them the copy of passport/national identity and some utility bills : and they activated my account in just 2 days
    you dont have to send screenshots , instead the fully scaned copy of those with high resolution
    i hope your prob will soon also be solved
