My Adsense Account got banned due to TOS

My adsense account got banned and i have lost $1000 from it, it seems that they will not pays that money. I would like to re apply again with my brother name, is it allowed as per TOS?, I have applied two times but my application got rejected

I think it's hard for you to reapply again even with your brothers name with the same site. Once you got banned, you are out. I think you need to find the alternative ways.

 

Lack of content on your site and links not working.

 

People get banned for breaking the rules... So therefore you broke the rules.. So you got banned.

Firstly... this is VERY noobish of u to say... I have had 2 day old sites receiving 10k uniques A DAY... that would easily make loads more than wat he makes... :|

Nope. unles your brother lives at a different address... in a different postcode... different last name and that you access the adsense accounts from an ip address that matches that of the postcode.

Yeah, I don't think this guy had $1000 in his account either. If he did get banned then it's probably because he clicked on his own ads.

Do you know why you got banned? Maybe that would help... find out what went wrong with it, make ammends and then re-apply

 

You probably got banned for having too many affiliate links and almost zero info so to google it may look like a MFA site (made for adsense), especially with the click-a-thon that happens with this kind of sites ($1000 and almost no content) try writing more content removing some affiliate links and then contact them maybe they consider it but usually an Adsense ban lasts a life time. Try adbrite, yahoo network or other adsense alternatives in the mean while.

 

Hey you got banned but dont loose hope, you'll still get paid, just be firm and mail them at or use their online form at adsense support page, They will still pay you your earning Dont worry. Good Luck
