Hiding links in wordpress blog???

    I have been browsing few blogs and found that the affiliate links and all other external links are not exposed and are redirected with the blog url.
    Like for example:
    www.myblog.com/go/yourblog.php
    www.myblog.com/refer/google

    This would be good since visitors on the blog cannot know the actual url of the external site.

    Is there any plugin available for this or how is this done?
    Help me please.

    I just create a links directory and set up a meta redirect for each link I want to cloak, typically it takes about 20 seconds to do. wp affiliate I think does this same thing but semi-automatically.

    Yeah, i am aware of that method, but i was looking for a plugin.
    Anybody has success with any plugin, please share it here.
