    The directories are completely the same, but due to the 2 sites are run on different servers, they will give different submission status caused by different server script module.

    OK, I will try the same tool on the new server. gtsee.com is good except some bugs, hope you already remove the bugs in cheapsubmit.net.

    The pr value for the directories range from pr0 to pr6, most of them are pr2 to pr4.

    I tried the tool on the new server, almost the same as on gtsee.com except the submission status. On the new server, if you submit the same link a second time, you will get a lot of "Title is not unique in the database" or "Url already exists". While on gtsee.com, if you resubmit, it will show the same as the first submission.

    We acquired gtsee.com, and then we run the same script on cheapsubmit.net as a backup, so of course the paypal accounts for both sites are the same.

    You will get a html version submission report after the submission, and for the success rate, it shall reach around 70% of that of manual submission services.
