    Thank you for the link, but it appears that many of the sites are dead, actually Web Directories or now charge for listings. I love the free service, but it could use a few updates. Just an FYI. Rep added for sharing...:)

    One question. After submitting a site with this service, won't I get a lot of "unwanted" e-mail from the 275 directories. Because I used such a service once and now I receive like 20 mails+ per day from different directories and it's kind of annoying.

    In the 90's, yes, we had to submit to search engine. The service is still there, but today, SE spiders are doing the job you.
    Without submitting, you'll be indexed soon or later anyway...

    So you don't receive these emails, you should set up a different email address specifically for directories, other than the one you use for your regular mail.

    With Submitting and using a sitemap you'll be indexed sooner. I only submit to Google and Yahoo manually.
