I want to promote my Music Downloads Website. I get barely 7-20 UVs/Day .. Never did promotion until some days bought some sig Banner in a forum. Anyway, What are the best ways to get that website some GOOD Traffic !? SEO, Link Building, or What !? I need something that is neutral, not like buying traffic Packages. I also want to know, for the 10,000,000+ keywords, can people rank !? and I'm thinking of creating an iPhone App for Downloading music with, what do you guys think ? Thx, LeVampire
I dont think that is the right place to ask. Anyway, that type of website can be easily promoted by advertising through download forums, etc.
You should ask the question in link development forum. Any way you should have a plan that you will submit to certain nos of free directories every day. it is just one of the strategy you can follow.
You can submit your site to various search engines, directory listing, write reviews about your site and promote through emails , ask your friends to view them and forward the site to their contacts, It will grow slowly dont worry
It is best to put forth a few thousand dollars and get some SEO professionals to work on your site for you. There is a lot more work to be done than building "back links". Majority of the efforts need to be spent on your site making it more SEO friendly.
