But if you want "online income" become your only revenue source, What would you do? Wouldn't you work more than 3 hours, huh?

My experiences say that, 3 hours of work do not make enough money.

I work 2-3 hours a day. I can't manage to work more because of studying and "Life". What I will suggest is work for 2-3 hours but be as productive as possible. Make list of what you want to accomplish and steps that you need to take and divide your work so you are always productive and for example if you are tired of writing put some music on and go submit your site to directories etc. After that relax and take good rest.

You have to work hard and put in the hours with an internet business. BUT, you have got to get a break from all of this....because IT WILL drive you crazy! Don't ask me how I know! lol

I am getting site off the ground and trying to learn all aspects (impossible!) so I average about 5 hours a day in addition to full time job.

For my websites I usually spend 4-5 hours a day on them. Most of my sites require a lot of attention :(, but sometimes it all pays off :).

It depends. How much money are you making with 3 hours of work? If 3 hours a day gets me $100,000 a week, I wouldn't think about putting in more time.

On the other hand, if 3 hours a day got me $100 a month, I would definitely start putting in more quality time with my website.

I would think the reverse. If I was earning $100,000 a week from 3 hours a day, I would work 6 hours a day to get $200,000 a week. If I was consitently earning $100 a month from 3 hours a day, I would try something else as it isn't worthwhile

I started off with more than 5-8 hours/ day. Now trying to cut down to 1-2 hr/day.

I thought about that, but then there's the 80-20 rule. That 3 hours a day could be the 20% of the work that gets you 80% of the money. Additional time could produce marginal results. But, nothing wrong with testing it out one week to see.
