Looking for a reliable PHP coder/designer for unfinished project.

I say reliable as the last three coders I have hired have left me high and dry mid project!

Basically I have a script to sell that needs some modification, and a couple of new templates made, plus a decent site made to sell the script from with a demo site made for the script.

Payment will be via paypal with 50% paid upfront and 50% paid on completion.
