    Well my first business I was 16 but I didnt get my business license until I was 18.

    Well... if you count that lemonade and brownies stand when I was 6....

    But I've been working since I was 16, properly running my own business since I was 19 and I'm currently taking a break from my own business to work as the director of marketing for another start up which I think will put me in a better place to have a solid foundation for my own company by the time I'm 25.

    Worked in retail, was promoted to manager and oversaw new employee training and store events. This led to a lot of other work in event planning but now I do marketing :).

    I choose 'wish to' to mean it was optional whether or not we PMed him ;)

    I think it's an interesting enough topic and if answering here allows me to avoid the spammy PMs longer, then that's excellent from my POV :)

    Age 16. Though it provided incredible work experience and even to today it helps me tremendously, I highly regret having to neglect my friends, family, etc. I really did not have the time to be a kid.

    I started my first business when I was 15 :). I sold it too quick though because I didn't like having to pay hosting fees, it turned into a pretty big site :(
