Can i create a new account on DP?

I know i cant change my name but damn it it was so long ago. Are we allowed to create a new account no DP? and get this account innactive? or am i stuck with this name for the rest of my life?

haha I think everyone wishes they could change their username. I know I would like to change mine also haha I made this one soo long ago. But it's against forum rules to create another account at this point...
