Write good, original content. That way the a copied article isn't competing with the other 46 versions that have already been indexed. Write stuff people need and are looking for, links will develop naturally and the traffic should follow. Don't become discouraged immediately. Build slowly but surely.
Not nearly as much as I used to when they still had referrals! I redesigned my main Adsense site recently too, came up with a much nicer visual layout and moved the ads off to the side and down. Bounce rate is down and SERPs are up a tiny bit, but CTR is terrible and I'm just about ready to give up on Adsense and find someone offering related products in a more affiliate kind of way. (Last month was about $10/day this month is more like $3. Either way, its way less than half of what I'm earning from all my revenue sources combined)

I just want to be sure if I can get good traffic by only writing unique content. You mean google itself will send traffic or I need some free marketing? I submitted my articles in some directories including ezinearticles. But can I get some quick traffic for FREE? How ?
You say "quick" traffic. Go for a steady build up of traffic. If it comes in in a rush, it will probably leave the same way. Have a sitemap, make sure the articles make it into the index.
