SELLERS: Accept PAYPAL payments with NO RISK of payment reversal!

Thats right, it's a little known secret really, but a lot of people do use it.

Paypal have an option called Mass Pay. Basically it's intended for affiliates and such, because you can send multiple payments at once. But you can still use it for individual transactions.

Basically, Mass Payments CANNOT be reversed. Once the payment is sent, the user is unable to file a dispute against the payment. What's more, if no CHARGEBACKS can be filed. Why? Because a mass payment can only be funded by your paypal balance, and not a credit/debit card.

It's also good news for you - as there are no fees for the seller. The sender of the payment will pay a one off fee of 65p per transaction, and you will receive 100% of the total amount. No more fees.

So don't shun away from Mass Pay guys!

Good news, but if it is a hacked account then the owner can file a dispute by entering the unique transaction ID which is found in a notepad of that page..

I don't see how this helps sellers, unless you could create a 'Buy Now' button that automatically makes users action a mass pay payment?

Esidyo - Mass pay CANNOT be disputed. That is the whole point.

Dpvince - obviously, this isn't something you could incorporate with an online store or something. But if you were selling something on here lets say - maybe a website or something - Mass pay would be the ideal payment method.

normally companies who pay by using mass pay don't take there money back as they pay thousands of dollars to hundreds of users.... and also before they pay, they always check everything.... but a normal buyer will never pay you using mass pay.... and also its not true that mass pay cant be reverse... it is indeed reversable if the sender file unauthorized accesss.... looks like you haven't face a masspay fraud yet...:D

masspay can be disputed mate. im gonna try some otherways. like i found something else while i was surfing on the internet last night. its like A person sends the payment to B. And B asks to A open a dispute before he gonna move the names. A opens a dispute then closing it. and then A person cannot open another dispute.

ayoo yeah i heard of that as well, (Claim and Cancel) as they call it. Yet wouldnt paypal wonder if someone claimed and canceled you 20 times? might make paypal a bit suspicious?

Yes it can. If someone uses a hacked account to send money by masspay, all you would need to do is threaten legal action against paypal (or actually file court papers) and you can bet it'll end up reversed.

How would Mass Pay benefit a seller? A seller receives money. How do you force the buyer use Mass Pay?

Precisely. Well, it actually makes it quite inconvenient for a buyer to use mass pay and in the end, it would mean more work, more cost and probably less benefit for the buyer.

The buyer must be a premier/business account holder with existing funds in their paypal account in order to do mass pay. He would need to pay up to $2 in fees for each payee and would need to go through the trouble of preparing a CSV file in compliance to Paypal standards.

In the end, as a seller, you need to think who would benefit from the transaction most and who needs who most ? If the buyer finds it inconvenient and does not benefit from the transaction, he would probably move off to someone else who would accommodate their needs better.

Using Mass Pay to get your buyer to pay you would most likely reduce the number of sales in the first place.

For those advocating having your customer pay you through Mass Pay, have you actually use Paypal on a regular basis to pay others through Mass Pay ?
