My first Squidoo lense - will I make money?

Hi everyone, I just created my first squidoo lense and just curious will I make money from them. I see there are a few Google Adsense ads..is the revenue sharing good? I need to do more lense to earn more money?

Short answer: no.

Your lens has no purpose and isn't even complete.

Also, if you're relying on a share of Adsense money, you'll be disappointed.

 

Your lens will not get out of WIP (Work in Progress) mode unless you add more modules. The minimum is three, not including the introduction or guestbook modules.

 

you need more learning and experience to get some money immediately!

 

That lens will probably earn you about $0.06

 

Hang in there. Your lens might not get you much right now but if everyone waited until there sites were perfect then the internet would still be a whole lot of nothing.

Keep building and the money will come

 

I looked at your page...I agree, you won't make money with it! However, it is a start. It seems like most of the people who are successful on Squidoo continue to make lenses ...and lots of them to figure out what works. Posting your link for your lens to stumble, and topic craze sites willl help too...as well as sites like this.

Your lens might not make you might right off the bat, but if you keep working at it and give it sometime it will start to be in profit mode.

 

Alright will do that next time and will add more content on my next lense. This is my first and unexperienced one. Now with all your kind people's help I will be better in squidoo.

Ok so there is no money that way, I know i need to add like CJ or other affliate links/banners in my lenses to get more profit from them.

If I do a lot of lense, don't you think I will make ok money from Google Adsense?

Thanks a lot for the tips mate, your lens is great and I see you are not only depending on the Google Adsense but have other program banners where you can make other income from the same lens. That is what I am going to do with my next lens - CJ banners.

Agree, it need some time to get more views and bonus..I realise indirectly I will be benefiting from the traffic on the lens because it bring traffic to my blog too and give me content/reviews to post on the blog..am I right?
