I just created a MySpace profile to promote a product. http://www.myspace.com/Earth4Energy Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to specifically optimize MySpace profiles and get them to rank? Right now it doesn't even rank for Earth4Energy MySpace, even though I have a link in my signature with the proper anchor text, and considering there isn't much competition for that exact term.. Any advice at all is appreciated.
Really you would use the same methods as any other website; however I rarely see MySpace profiles showing up in search results. By best bet would be massive backlink build to that specific web page with the correct anchor text. That is assuming Google doesn't devalue myspace profiles. Best of luck.
