Explanation: Focused on the target business and publishes good content Follow W3C.org rules properly. 03) Name pattern of nested inner website web-development.html is better naming then website_design_india/DotCreationWebDesignAndDevelopmentCompanyIndia.html because too density of keyword on URL considered as spam. 04) Updating of your site content is important to attract SE notice. I find it hard to try to understand what you are trying to say. Other than that, certain statements are very confusing. Example like this one here. I don't thing lengthy contents are in someway considered as spam. It may not be worthwhile to write winding and boring articles, but one that go straight to the point using the right keywords is considered as more value added. But spamming? No I don't think so.
Isn't the main idea to write items that are good enough to attract serious interest from web visitors? By this, I mean that if you write something that is important or useful, then others will link to it. This, by definition, will increase your PR and, by default, increase your SERP ranking.

Keyword rich domain has certainly some effect on the SERPs as we can see the keywords in the URL gets highlighted when the search term is found in the URL. But the effect is nominal not that big after all it all boils down to backlinks and quality of the content(keyword rich content) in a website.
