    Most traffic is already from search engines. I don't know what to do. SEO-d everything out of it.
    Well, setup a website, write content, place ads.. repeat second step until you start to hate your computer. :D
    I'm thinking about getting a dedicated server. As my hosting right now is slow and down a lot of time. No %99.999 garantie. :(
    Don't wait too long. You never know what can happen to your AdSense account.
    If you mean If Google pays by PayPal. The answer is: NO. :)
