Well, I don't know if this is allowed. But if it is , this will help the people from Pakistan immensely since their's is a non supported paypal nation.
It will only get you guys in trouble. If you open PayPal from a non-supported country you don't have any guarantees that PayPal will not block your account. And if it does, then you have no choice except to lose money. isn't that so?
This isn't allowed.. anybody using Paypal in a country that isn't supported risks losing all the money they have in their account so breaking their terms isn't something to be proud of.
OK you have a house in supported country, how are you supposed to manage many people signing up with same address, obviously with same phone number (for verification)???
I am telling you that paypal has already noticed how people used one simple but stupid method to get your account verified. Be advised.

For all those who aren't qualified to be Pay Pal users as their countries are not in Pay Pal list. Do not use any cheating methods to get in. You will find yourself limited in no time. Read through Pay Pal AUP and TOS and if you are eligible good for you. If not just forget about it.
ok thats good except paypal dont need documents of the house owner when they limited a account... they need credit card statement, driver license, bank statement, business proof etc.etc... anyway i guess you have all these documents...

i said, it is not illegal for me to have a paypal account as i am living in Macau, which is legally part of China which is a supported country.
Well I certainly do not understand your thread, whats the big deal of becoming a verified paypal member of a paypal approved country?
Can you be clear what kind of info you will release if you're a verified paypal user ?? How will it help person living in non-supported country?
All I can say that, it will not be helping any non supported country users legally. Pay Pal does have its rules and even if you are verified, you are bound by its rules and regulations. There is no way you can help any others in non supported countries. Trust me Pay Pal did their homework when they draft out their TOS and AUP.
