Looking for a HIGH QUALITY web designer

I am looking to re-design one of my video sites in order to incorporate some more elements and user features. The site layout will be similar to break . com. I already have the wireframe done with the exact specs so I just need the designer to take my design and make it look good.

Requirements:

1. Excellent feel for color scheme (this is a must!).
2. Experience with rich media (video, photo) sites. Portfolio required.
3. Practice minimalistic / professional designs.
