Where did you submit to? Search for the top blogs on MSN in your niche anbd post your comment/link on them. Results are imminent.

I used to have the same problems with one of my sites, it wasn't being indexed in google after a week or so. I found it helps if you have links coming into your site from another blog of some sort, it also helps dramatically if your actual site is a blog.
Yeah.. You have to get some backlinks, so that google can follow those links to your site and (hopefully) index your site. And remember, do NOT use the "Add site to google" page in google, as this will harm your ranking in google.

I had this problem with my website as soon as you get backlinks your site will index again make sure you add new/more content so it has something to index
