It's based on joomla but many parts of the code are modified. A lot of quality components and modules are installed some which made by me and unique.

Q1: Yes, it's custom.
Q2: No, the trailers are from youtube.com or other sites are possible too and therefore everything is legit.
Q3: I would say about 1.5GB since it's a huge database(250MB) and 26,000+ movie posters(~1gb with the thumbnails). But it's not a problem for the hosting to handle it.
Q4: The one thing that is not automatic is the writing of the articles. Updates for the movie database will be provided.
