Sad to see my cj stats...

Im start join & promoting CJ advertisers product since July, 2008.

I only promote Paltalk Video Chat Software, until today, my site which promote this software has generated about 254 clicks, but i get 0 conversion worth $0.

fyi, About 25% my visitors are from US, and 30% from India.

Am I Unlucky In CJ? or Unlucky in promoting Paltalk Software? or Paltalk Sucks ?

Definitely sign up with some other advertisers. While 250 clicks is still a small amount, I would try to diversify and work on many more offers. The more work you put into things the more money you will make anyway.

You're promoting a video chat program on a site about powerpoint templates? Not exactly the target audience, I would think.

No just unlucky in targeting. Try products related to your audience.

    Its either

The publisher has a poor sales page.
    OR
You are sending traffic that isn't targetted properly.

You may need to pre-sell to them first. Make them aware of the product, otherwise they'll just leave the sales page to hunt down reviews elsewhere.

Promote more of their products. Give yourself more chance of getting sales.

None of these, there is nothing to do with luck. You are not doing things the right way. You have to promote products/services relevant to your niche. Your visitors are interested in PP templates, so why would they give a **** about Paltalk?

Learn to know your traffic and figure out what they are/might be interested in. Then give them what they want and they will definitely buy it. And don't promote products restricted to a specific audience (ie USA, people over 18 etc...) if it doesn't match your audience! That's a waste ;)

Also, don't just rely on one merchant/product! Throw a bunch of crap at the wall and see what sticks!
