Well since it says Online game, I think you need to play it Online! That nornally means no downloads!
You are not suppose to download it. Firstly it isn't free or open source, it is someone's else property. Secondly why do you need the game? To host it in your own web site? The answer will be also no.
Just download the swf: http://www.learn4good.com/games/maze/swf/bloxorz.swf Miniclip put their link all over the place in their games, I'm sure they don't care if people are downloading the games, and then clicking on the links and viewing their website. Miniclip actually encourage people to put their games on their own websites. From what I know you are encouraged to cut and waste their code to your blog or web site. Downloading and using it in your server is another issue.
Download the swf and drag drop it your browser, you should be able to play it offline if it doesn't connect to someplace....
I just checked their TOS, seems like it's ok: http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/terms-and-conditions.php Couldn't find anything about their policy on downloading the games to play on a handheld though (which is what I'm interested in doing).
