My Blog Is Banned From Adsense :(

I have an Arabic blog (cmpmania.blogspot.com), Adsense disabled my ads because of copyrighted songs.
However, I still can access my Adsense account, but I'm wondering will Google un-ban me if I remove the copyrighted songs?

I'm now using AdBrite, and it's really useless, I want to restore my ads. Your opinions are NEEDED.

 

From where you added that song like from youtube or directly upload to your server . If you have not taken permission than may be you can't get your account back . But mail to adsense team that you are a new adsense user and you was not aware of it . Now you have removed it and please help me . May be they can remove ban from you if they think your are right .

Its very hard to convince Google to accept apologies, especially after people deliberately violate their TOS. Remember, we depend on Google, it does not depend on us...well sort of

Wrong, We depend on google, and google depends on us too, imagine if we all webmasters stop making small small content websites and blogs, then where the hell google bot will crawl?? where the hell google gonna give search result?? where they gonna show those ads?? from which they earn million $$$ every single second??

You should have gotten a DMCA or similar notice via e-mail. Normally you are given a chance to respond to such action when it involves proof of copyright.

Remove the copyrighted material and agree not to do it again, and if offered, follow through the hoops.

 

well its not fair really. Lesson learn here, we should read fully TOS, upon signup on any services to prevent case like this.

 

I think the language is also the problem... Google don't allow placing ads on non-english sites.

 

I know it since google even offer non english ad in some non english web site.

Ok...lets get this clear.... you mean to say that you are unable to show ads on your site with copyrighted songs... (well you should have read the TOS) this is not acceptable....however...the good news is that you have not been terminated... get another decent blog going adhering to their TOS and you will soon see some$$$$ trickling in

It does sound like google may have just banned that site and not your full account name, which I would consider fortunate, if I were you.

 

I think your problem was not only this, your website language also become consideration for Google. It is forbidden to place adsense ads into non-english website
