Is this only based on email that you have received, or you have actually logged in the account and verified if it shows any legit transactions (which would give you more details)

Change your password if not already done and raise a dispute with paypal - that should work.
    Cheers

If you verify that this was infact an e-mail coming from PayPal, they will walk you through on how to file a claim and you should get your money back pretty quickly. You, on the other hand, should immediately first change your e-mail address and than your password for your PayPal account and actually try to figure out how your account info was obtained. Hopefully you are not using a generic password :)

dont click on any links on the email, login to your paypal account and check the history, if there are suspicious transactions, file an unauthorized transaction dispute and change your passwords

Giving them a call would be the best idea. My account was compromised a few months ago, but rather then $17 in charges, it was in the $1000's. Thankfully, everything was handled very promptly, and all money was returned safely! Best of luck!

I have been on paypal.com and its says I have sent the money, I have made two disputes about the item but it also seems that the hacker put some money into my account through a credit card (which I don't have), what is wrong???

Probably one of the scammers in action. It's getting the account in use and showing a CC so he/it can scam somebody. Most of the domain scammers do this to pull a fast domain sale and run with the name. The victims are left with the wreckage.

BTW log in from your own fav link and delete that card if it's not yours and start protecting yourself. The real damage will possibly be to another domainer.

Are you using a same PC over the period of time?
first of change your password quickly, from diff PC , as you keystrokes might be logged.
Format your PC as quickly as possible.
Never type your password, jus copy it somewhere on a notepad file and copy paste it every time.

Make sure you don't click that link from the email as mentioned before. Log into paypal directly and check it yourself if the name looks familiar, sometimes we forget what we buy. If it wasn't you change your password and take the small loss.

Not good that he used a credit card in your account, now a possibly stolen card might be linked to your account, probably best not to spend that money
