WTB: Looking for VPS again. Need to migrate from current server

Last month, I bought the so called FULLY MANAGED Vps from someone in Webhostingtalk. He also have thread in here. But server are horrible, always down and up everyday and support seems like doesn't exist . On 1st invoice he charged me in USD but on 2nd invoice he is charging me in GBP. False advertising. Support ticket are not answered 4,5 days later, closed or deleted . So here's me looking for managed Vps again for non busy File Hosting. I NEED THIS HOSTING WITHIN 1 WEEK so do not force me to signup within 3 or 4 days. I'm looking for :

At least 20 GB space
At least 300 GB bandwidth
Cpanel or Directadmin
At least 384 mb ram
2 ips
Allow proxy, adult and of course 'legal file' hosting. Anything illegal will be removed if I received complain. But if you allow copyright mp3 that would be excellent, but not necessarily.
At least 12/7 support if you can't give 24 hours.
MANAGED (help me if I need you)
Budget: $20 - $30 (or I don't mind below $35 if you can give more higher spec)

For managed VPS, your budget is bit low. Can you consider to raise it?

 

The vps I'm having now are fully managed at US$19.99 (9.99GBP) only. Plus, someone can offer me 30gb/300gb with higher ram for only $30 + Directadmin. Raising the budget is not an option now.

I can raise my budget up to $42 if host allow copyrighted file especially Malay's mp3 . Received complain, the file will be removed.

 

Care to share your host? I'm also looking at vps at the moment as I don't want to sign up with them. thanks

 

That might be the reason you could not get support from them. Fully management for me is the host needs to be pro-active in checking, keeping your VPS in good working condition. Some hosts advertise that they provide fully managed vps/server, but they only check when customers request. It's semi-managed only.

Fully management is much different than semi-management. You don't want to find out your VPS down yourself, then wait for your vendor check it, do you?

Where is the DC for this vps ? Burstnet or limestone network ? If limestone, I'll consider your offer. I'm interested with VPS Standard ($25/month). Say, If I buy your vps, will you do server hardened and security since it come with fully managed ?

 

The Datacenter for the VPS' are Limestone Networks. The Server where we have our SITE is hosted at a different place. And yes we will do server hardened and security for cpanel/the control panel you get.

Well for cpanel we just do some tweaking and put on DDoS Protection.
