I am looking for a trustworthy partner to go into the website flipping industry with me. I am going to keep it brief in this thread because most of you will know what website flipping is. I have found a place to get established websites for quite cheap ( $1-$20 ) These are all automated sites which will require no work. Just a bit of advertising. Most of them are set up to have 5 streams of possible income. Also the majority of them have a good domain included as well as sometimes some free hosting ( its not free web hosts. ) This is a site I never thought of looking at but just recently did and saw the huge potential. The great thing about this is these websites are cheap, We can get many at a time. Also them requiring no work is a awesome bonus. We will both buy websites, both work on getting a stream of traffic and income and then both share the profits of selling the website ( if the website makes heaps of profit, who knows we may keep it ) The reason I need a partner is, we are going to be doing this in bulk. Buy quite a few websites at a time. Thus meaning I will need more than just me. The basic steps involved are: 1. Buy the Website 2. Get Traffic to the website which will result in income. 3. Sell the website 4. Split the profits and enjoy our cash. 5. Use some money to start the cycle again. Anyone who is interested in doing this with me, please get in contact. buy 10 by yourself or 20 with a partner = you are better to buy 10 by yourself. If the sites are really that cheap then I suggest you start off by yourself and then hire someone to work for you down-the-road if you have too much work. That way you won't have to split your profits.
I agree, unless you have already had some sort of relationship with them beforehand. Also, if it's extremely clear that you each offer value that the other does not (i.e; one is an excellent writer, the other a designer)
