Just report it to Adsense team explaining it was casual and won't happen again. :)

I accidentally clicked my own ads. Will this cause a problem for my account?

Although publishers are not permitted to click their own ads for any reason, we do understand that accidental clicks may occur. We therefore do not require that you contact us every time you click your ads. Rest assured that your account is being properly credited for all clicks and impressions we consider to be valid.

I hope they mean this :(

I have emailed to them and got auto reply.

Now i am worry to login to my own account

hippo_dance, take a deep breath. Google doesn't care about the odd accidental click now and then.

It doesnt matter much. I accidentally clicked two or three times and didn't report it. But when I knew that it was against terms, I promptly reported it to their email and they replied back saying they understand mistakes happen and don't much count one or two or three of our occasional clicks. So, it is good if you don't repeat it consistently.

Once, I also clicked on an ad accidentally and I emailed them quickly... the adsense support replied saying that it's Ok... they'll automatically ignore those clicks from my IP.. but lots of clicks may ban you.
    1 click... no problem!

Don't worry my friend, Google tolarates accidental clicks, tell them it is an accident, they will understand...
The same happened to me and I sent mail to adsense support team.

Usually the fact is that, you do not need to worry about anything at all because as you have already mentioned, you did close the ads immediately right? Nowadays, they are really advanced to detect fraud clicks and don’t be surprised that they even know whether it is due to accidental click. Do you notice that when you log in your adsense account, there’s a tracking involved and if those clicks came from the same IP, they will obviously know. It happened to me before, and I just do nothing. However, try to avoid repeating the same mistake

If it's 1 click adsense will ignore it, just don't do it often.

No big deal, most of us have clicked on accident before. They are after abusers, not people who make an honest mistake.
