What to do with my real estate traffic ? Help !!

I have a simple question, i own a website in the real estate category, and i have about 4000visits/day. i would like a few tips on how i could earn some money .

It's great traffic result...you have many option to earn money with thats visitors on your web site...try drop-shiping or affiliate programs to moke money...

 

Simple. Monetize your site with Adsense ads or any private sponsor ads.

The first thing you need to do is start capturing names & email addresses, you do this by offering an incentive to register with your website, are you doing this already?

Once you have willing opt-in names you can offer a range of real estate products & services.

I'm sure that Commission Junction has a lot of real estate related products that you may want to sell on your site. Give it a try.

 

find an affiliate program related to realestate or contact real estate websites directly and sell them leads ..quality is easy to sell

 

Definetly take advantage of the traffic ... google adsense.

 

If done properly, you will make far more money with affiliate programs than you will with Adsense in the real estate market.

- Foreclosure Listings(you can earn money for every person who signs up under you to view a list of foreclosures) Join one through http://www.cj.com
- Apartment rentals (pays per lead) http://www.cj.com
- Real Estate agent directory with featured listings for money
- For Sale By Owner (get paid commission for listings) http://www.fizber.com
- Flat Fee MLS listing (percent of the listing fee) http://www.fizber.com and many others
- Create a home valuation script that predicts the value of someones home, then sell the contact information/list to someone like a realtor.

There are many ways to make a lot of money with a RE site, dont get stuck on just Adsense.

 

These are nice suggestions. I also agree that adsense is not the only choice to make money(it just the easiest choice) I'm sure with the affiliates you can earn more.

This is great advice, has anyone had success with fizber? I think I may try it with my for sale by owner site

 

I just tried using fizber, I think they are on the right track, but a few of their widgets dont function quite how I think they should

 

adsense. it should only take you 2 hours to try. set up a few different channels and experiment.

the best size is 336 x 280

 

You can sell real estate through the website, create a real estate book and sell it on your website

I would say use a combination of Adsense, Affiliate and CPM. There are many high paying CPM's for real estate traffic, I have seen some close to even 5-8 dollars per 1,000.
