CJ is the top affiliate marketplace on the internet. I don't think anyone should draw conclusions or pull their ads until this issue is resolved. Chances are it's just something that's been blown out of proportion.

Agree. CJ is far from my top earning source, probably makes about 10-15% of my income at most for all programs in it together, BUT I wouldn't stop using it cause its a good one.

I got this postcard in the regular mail today too. It's funny how this bugger managed to get through, yet my first cj check is still somewhere around the world, even tho it was sent on aug 20.

At first i thought CJ or some advertiser is sueing me for something, then i google'd it and happily found that i'll get $1 or less from CJ :))

Guys, what are the pros and cons of excluding or not from the process?

Pro: You'll get money. Probably not much, based on what most people earn compared with the largest affiliates.

Cons: I believe (but could be wrong) that you may waive your right to sue CJ in the future over this issue. It's been a while since I read the settlement terms & don't remember some of the more fine details.

I'm not a lawyer, but it's probably not worth it in most cases to exclude yourself from the process.

Yes. Everyone who was a member of CJ during that period should have received the notice. That's how these things work.

I received the postcard yesterday... waiting for my 10 cents now... I will receive a compensation based on the revenues I generated... Big deal... they scammed a part of them! How should I know how many $ I lost?
