Bush hails turnover of Anbar to Iraqi forces 2 minutes ago The Iraqi forces will be standing alone in Iraq come January as the US troops begin the withdrawal and the US will be refocusing it attention on Afghanistan if McCain is elected and Afghanistan and Pakistan if Obama is elected. Iraq has been a huge success and I hope that McCain or Obama can continue the great success achieved and expand the hope and change the region as needed.
Peace in Iraq is achieved reclaimed by the Iraqi people Iraq has been a huge success Wow when did these happen? You don't watch the news for a few hours and everything changes in opposite direction, speedy world.
How about we kill all of the terrorists & hopefully we can leave Iraq. This will probably never happen knowing none of the Iraqi people will leave there city so we can just bomb them... Which would be just taking civilians that refuse to leave & would rather die in there home country than live in a much better, non-terrorist infested country. This statement is all in my opinion.
Bush to pull about 8,000 troops from Iraq and I still believe we will be out of Iraq by the end of the year. The Iraqi Police is taking control in most cities and the troops are doing less patrols. This is great news indeed.
Peace in Iraq is achieved "transformed and reclaimed by the Iraqi people." its such a short sentence but theres so many things wrong with it...congrats homebizseo this has got to be the biggest amount of lies packed in to the shortest sentence possible (for that amount of lies)... no sand is too shallow for homebizseo to stick his head in...
I don't care which side of line you sit on when it comes to the Iraq situation, this is still great news. Lets hope that the Iraqi's do a good job of keeping it a safe place. I hope that other regions in Iraq quickly get up to the same level. I'm not going to be quite as optomistic though. Our troops since the beginning have been going around Iraq cleaning up places, leaving them, and then they get retaken by terrorists. It has been a neverending process and Iraqi's haven't done that great of a job of protecting themselves so I'm not sure I'm totally convinced that it will happen now. I hope it does though!
republicans think they should get credit for gluing back the bottle that they broke. it is so funny. if it was not for the pressure that the democrats put on the shrub, runsfeld would have still be in charge and the failure would have continued. If we have brought our troops home at that time instead of the surge we would have been millions of dollars richer and our troops would have been home already. Iraqis probably would have found out the way to secure their country also. i like that better.
Want to have a wager HomeSeoBiz. I bet they won't be out by the end of the year. And even if they do ever leave how ever long that may be, there will still be permenant bases there indefinitely.
So three trillion dollars spent - $3 trillion - and 1m Iraqis dead and you classify that as a success! It makes me wonder what you think failure would look like
Failure to humanity for certain. But there is no long-term stable oil supply. So investment will show it's returns later.
