Are you joking? Either would be a blatant violation of the Adsense ToS. Assuming you aren't, here are the Adsense Program Policies:
Don't try it or other wise your account will get banned . Warez is taken in illegal content and adult is also not allowed .
You know, I'm starting to think people like this should just go ahead and put adsense on their sites and hurry the banning process along. It's so obvious that they haven't (or can't) read the TOS/Policies and it's only a matter of time before they violate them in some other way. May as well just get it over with. Funny, this guy apparently knows there is a TOS but is just to lazy to read it for himself...even though by signing up he agreed to the terms therein.
I was always under the impression that a web proxy might be questionable, but apparently it's OK, according to everything that's been posted.
Gathering warez sites' links is not directly warez content. Lemme explain a warez directory's working principle in case you aren't aware of : You don't store warez files or share warez links on your directory. So fellows, It is an open-ended subject. I have read the ToS before. Just wondered, I asked your opinion.
I'm very aware...Links are the same as promoting which is still against TOS, everything I say remains valid. And what do you mean by If you don't share the links, then you don't have a directory.
So, instead of coding the link you list the link, aw dude, you're still promoting it, but good luck with it.
